Where can I install QR Studio?
The Windows release and Store listing are being prepared. No public Store download is available from this page yet.
How does the free QR work?
Sign in with a personal Microsoft account. One free QR is linked to that account across devices and reinstalls. New content or a new color after that requires Plus. Repeating the exact first code is allowed, so a lost response does not prevent recovery.
Sign-in or verification failed
Check your connection and retry. Use a personal Microsoft account. A canceled sign-in does not create a claim. If the account service completed the claim but the connection failed, repeat the same content and color to recover it.
Restore or cancel Plus
Sign in to Microsoft Store with the account used to purchase Plus, then select Restore in QR Studio. The sign-in used for the free QR is a separate session. Manage renewal at Microsoft Services & subscriptions. Saved QR files remain usable after the subscription ends.
Images, files and scanning
Provide a public image or file URL; the app does not upload files. Check that the link opens on another device. Test the code with a phone camera before printing. PNG is a bitmap; SVG can scale for print. Keep a clear border around the QR.
Report an issue or request data deletion
Include the app version, Windows version, selected language and a short description. The app's About screen can copy diagnostics for you to review before sending. For account-related data requests, use the same support address with the subject “QR Studio Privacy”. We will arrange appropriate verification. Never send passwords, tokens or full payment details.
