JobLog Games

Privacy Policy

Effective September 2, 2026

Scope

This policy applies to Shadow Sudoku, Shadow Nonogram, Ninja 2048, and Ninja Solitaire (collectively, the “Games”), developed by Roman Fedotov and published under the JobLog brand. The Games do not require a JobLog account.

Information stored on your device

The Games may store game progress, completed puzzles or games, scores, best times, streaks, achievements, statistics, settings, virtual-item balances, purchase-entitlement status, and notification preferences locally on your device. This information is used to operate the Games and restore your progress. It is not uploaded to a JobLog player-profile server. Apple device backup or migration features may copy local app data under your Apple settings.

Advertising, consent, and diagnostics

The Games use Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to provide optional rewarded advertisements and, in some Games, interstitial advertisements at natural breaks. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as IP address (which may be used to estimate general location), device and app identifiers, advertising impressions and interactions, consent choices, diagnostic information, crash logs, and performance data. This information may be used to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, maintain security, and improve advertising services.

The Games use Google User Messaging Platform where required to request and manage regional advertising consent. Advertising availability and personalization depend on your region, consent choices, device settings, and Google policies. The current releases do not request access to Apple's advertising identifier through App Tracking Transparency. You can learn more in Google's Privacy Policy and, where required, reopen privacy choices from the relevant Game's settings.

Purchases and Apple services

Where a Game offers an in-app purchase, Apple processes payment information, regional pricing, receipts, refunds, and transactions. The Game may receive a product identifier, transaction identifier, verification result, and current entitlement status to deliver or restore the purchase. JobLog does not receive or store your complete payment-card details.

Some Games may use Apple Game Center for leaderboards or achievements. If you enable Game Center, Apple processes the associated player identity, scores, and achievements under Apple's privacy practices. App distribution, installation, purchases, backups, and related account services are also provided by Apple. See Apple's Privacy Policy.

Notifications and device permissions

Games that offer reminders may request permission to schedule local notifications. Reminder content and timing are managed on your device; JobLog does not operate a remote push-notification profile database for the Games. You can change notification permission at any time in iOS Settings. The Games do not require access to contacts, precise location, photos, camera, or microphone for their core gameplay.

Information JobLog does not sell

JobLog does not sell your locally stored gameplay information. JobLog does not use that local gameplay information to build an advertising profile. Advertising partners may process the limited advertising and technical information described above according to your consent choices and their own policies.

Retention and deletion

Local game data remains on your device until it is reset in the Game, removed by deleting the Game, or handled through your Apple backup settings. Purchase records and Game Center information maintained by Apple, and advertising information maintained by Google or its partners, are retained according to those providers' policies and applicable law. Because the Games have no JobLog player accounts, JobLog does not hold a separate cloud copy of your gameplay history to delete.

Children's privacy

The Games are intended for a general audience and are not specifically directed to children. JobLog does not knowingly collect children's personal information through a JobLog account or player-profile service. Advertising and platform services process information subject to their policies, regional requirements, age-related settings, and applicable consent requirements.

Security and international processing

Local information is protected by the security controls of your device and operating system. Third-party providers may process technical or advertising information in countries other than your own using safeguards described in their policies. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You can manage advertising privacy choices when the option is available in a Game, deny optional consent, control notifications in iOS Settings, reset local game data, or delete a Game. Depending on your location, you may also have legal rights concerning personal information processed by a service provider. Contact that provider directly for data it controls, or contact JobLog using the address below for questions about the Games.

Changes

This policy may be updated when the Games, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
