Local QR creation

QR text, links, contact details and Wi-Fi credentials are processed on your device. The app does not upload QR content or files to our servers and does not maintain an automatic history of QR content. Unsaved input stays in memory until you close the app. Anyone who can scan a QR can read what it contains.

Images and documents use public links hosted by their owners. Saved PNG/SVG files stay where you save them. Clipboard history and synchronization are controlled by Windows and your settings.

Local usage records

A QR fingerprint is stored locally in the current Windows user profile to remember app usage and access state. It is not sent to an account server. There is no separate Microsoft sign-in in QR Studio and no cloud allowance database. The record lets the app recognize the same QR content and color when recovering a previous result.

The allowance is local to the Windows profile, not shared across devices or other Windows users. Deleting app data may reset it. The local record has no automatic expiry; you can remove app data through Windows.

Subscriptions

Microsoft Store handles purchase, renewal and subscription management. QR Studio receives license and price information, not payment-card details or your Microsoft password. Microsoft may ask you to sign in during checkout. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Canceling renewal and deleting local app data are separate actions.

No advertising or app analytics

The Windows app contains no advertising SDK and displays no advertisements. It does not send application analytics to us. The advertising practices of JobLog games do not apply to QR Studio.

Support and diagnostic information

If you contact support, we receive your email and the information you choose to send. The optional Copy diagnostics action copies version, build, Store configuration status, license state, language and timestamp. It excludes QR content and sends nothing automatically. Never send passwords or payment-card details.

Contact support for access, correction or deletion requests concerning correspondence you sent us. We do not have a server copy of your local QR records. This website has its own JobLog privacy notice and hosting practices.
